The hall is a registered charity and is governed by a Charity Commission Scheme, copies of which are available in the hall and the church. The Trustees, who are also the committee, are responsible for all aspects of hall usage, maintenance and financial management. The committee meet regularly throughout the year and hold and the AGM, usually in Spring.
